工程规模：新校区占地面积1067亩，按照全功能校区规划建设，以服务学生为中心，考虑以学科组团式规划布局，各学院学生步行10分钟内即可到达目的地。建设周期为2025-2028年，学生规模12000人，以本科学生为主，整体规划、一次建成。
